Delivery & Returns
When will my order be delivered?
We usually deliver within 3-45 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times can be confirmed before placing an order through chat. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies except some unavoidable international logistical delays (Most items featured are imported).
In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 1 day of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us.
Some additional guidelines:
- Within the first day of receipt of manufacturing defect items, we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags, gifts etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- You can inform us within 1 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at email@example.com. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and dispatched with all original packaging material, tags and gifts if any. Please make sure to avoid any inconvenience by retaining any of these at customer end.
- Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 3-21 days. Refund will be in form of credit points and can be utilized over any available product.
- Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable along with all bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
- The original shipping fee, COD charges, and insurance(if applicable) are non-refundable.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Where do I send my return?
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Buyvel order, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

Can I Cancel my order?
After placing an order on Buyvel, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details. Within 12 hours of placing an order, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Bulk orders can not be canceled.
- Unavailability of product
After placing an order if the product is found unavailable in stock or with manufacturer then the full amount will be refunded to the customer for that particular product. BUYVEL will have no legal obligation to fulfill the requirement.
Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
# Orders Placed by Sharing Direct URL or Images by Customers, Can not be canceled, exchanged or returned in any condition as it is a customized service. Only Manufacturing defects can be exchanged.
Kindly note before ordering that under any circumstances BUYVEL will only exchange the product with another product available in stock and no way will be liable to bear any other compensation to customers. The delay caused in delivery is due to international logistics is beyond the control of BUYVEL. Returned items will be compensated with other BUYVEL products and not money.
